With enough information, many things can be resolved in the first 30 minutes and we will estimate how long it should take before we arrive.
$70 for the first 30 minutes . . .
then $50 for each 30 minutes after that.

Also - we will make sure to let you know in the first 30 minutes how long we expect to take so there are no surprise bills!

Some things can be attended to remotely.
We can set up a variety of secure remote assistance methods to support you remotely, wherever you are.

Flat rate of $40 per 30 minutes for all remote support work.

We will always ensure adequate handover and training for any work we do.
